General

If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. The return costs will be paid by the customer, unless it concerns a damaged item.

You can return or exchange your item(s) by sending an e-mail to hello@studioguler.com. Please state your order number and we will send you a return label via e-mail. Place the return label on the package, and send it via an office point/parcel shop with the transport carrier mentioned on the label.

Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 6 days for your return/exchange to be processed.

A few criteria regarding the return process

  • Make sure that the returned item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn.
  • Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
  • Hats and caps must be returned in a box, so they do not get squashed out of shape.
  • Write return on the package to ensure a faster service (optional).
  • Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded/exchanged and may be sent back to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Studio Güler and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
