If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.

You can return or exchange your item(s) with the return label provided. Place the return label on the package, and send it via an office point/parcel shop with the transport carrier mentioned on the label.

Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 10 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
